My 91 Civic Dx
The car I'm doing right now is a 91 Civic Dx. I have alot of plans for it. Right now i'm focusing on getting all the JDM parts I need then doing the suspension. The car is going to be a pretty intense build. Due to the fact that I'm in a wheelchair due to breaking my neck 2 years ago. But I'm still in the EF game and that's all that matters. Since i'm in a wheelchair now I have to drive an automatic. This is where the problems come in. Civic automatic transmissions run off the computer and Integra automatic transmissions run off transmission control modules. So to run a b in my Civic the whole interior and engine harness from a DA has to be swaped into my Civic and custom mounts have to be made. After those problems are resolved it'll be easy.
Exterior
I'm doing a full JDM conversion. I almost have all the parts. I need the rear bumper and ;ip, taillights, and spoiler. The car is getting resprayed the factory color with a red pin stripe on the moldings. I'd like to find a Password JDM carbon fiber front lip for it.
Motor
So far I got a b16 head with Skunk2 dual valve springs, titanium retainers, adjustable cam gears, and billet cams reground to Skunk2 stage 2 specs. I got a Skunk2 intake manifold with a 68mm STR throttlebody. The exhaust is a 2.5" catback including test pipe. The fart cans getting cut off and a Magnaflow straight-thru muffler is getting put on so all you see is a 2.5" pipe coming out and not a 6" muffler. I'm thinking about getting a loan out for a supercharger but we'll see.
Interior
I'm not doing anything to the interior. It's getting a GSR cluster and GSR front seats. I'm taking the rear seat out. I just want it to look clean with the roll cage. The sound deadening is all getting taken out and the metals geting painted.
Suspension
Right now all I have is a Skunk2 upper strut tower bar. But what I'd like to get is a set of Koni Yellows with Skunk2 Coilovers and the Password JDM strut tower bars. I'm buying a whole DA parts car so I'm using the sway bars and rear discs on my car.
