Homemade Turbo Setup

Turbo- get something out of the junkyard, but try to get an internal wastegate

Oil lines- go to the local parts store and buy some hard brake lines and T fittings to attach them to your block

intercooler- eBay, or a junkyard

BOV- junkyard, most factory turbo cars have one that hold up to 10psi. Talons are 7 or 8 psi.

Chargepiping-junkyard, Volvo turbos have 2.5" mandrel bend piping and some soft bends, perfect for a custom setup.

manifold- use a CRX HF, 88-89 Civic STD, of Civic Cx manifold and have an adapter plate made to mat it to your turbo.

injectors- junkyard, get them out of another car. Talon tsi autos have 390s and tsi manuals have 450s. (eclipse, supra etc..)

coolant lines- trasmission coolant tubing.

fuel management- chip your ecu, you can tune with pro or turboedit.

downpipe- make your own.
